No Quorum for voting on Bylaws Changes at October meeting. Please plan to vote via Survey Monkey

Unfortunately there was not a quorum to hold a vote on the attached bylaws changes at the October meeting.  Please review the attached link for the changes, and be prepared to vote via Survey Monkey.

The Bylaws Committee is recommending some small verbiage changes to our bylaws, as well as eliminating the Vice President role from our board of officers. We currently do not have a vice-president, as the elected member stepped down.  There is overlap between this role and that of the President-Elect, and the committee feels the President-Elect could fulfill these responsibilities.  Please review the attached proposed amendments to our chapter's bylaws. Proposed removals in the verbiage are crossed through, and any additional verbiage clarifications are indicated in red.

In accordance with our bylaws, any proposed changes should be posted 30 days prior to a vote. This posting is your notification of proposed changes that were discussed at both the September and October chapter meetings.
